Intern - Founder's Office

On-site, Delhi NCRFull timeReports to Founding teamPosted 19 Oct 2026

About us

BrightSense is building cutting-edge technology for the AI age. Its first product is Branly, an AI visibility platform.

How people discover brands has changed. More and more, they ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google's AI answers what to buy, and those answers name only a handful of brands. Branly shows a brand how often it appears in those answers, how it is described and which sources the engines rely on. Then it turns every gap into a specific fix the brand can act on.

Three things shape how we work.

  1. Grounded in research

AI search changes every week. We study how each engine finds, trusts and cites its sources, and we keep our methods in step with what the engines do today.

  2. Signal over noise

We start from the real questions buyers ask, in their own words. We run them repeatedly across every major engine and read the answers over time, so what we show is a pattern, not a one-off.

  3. Customer first

Our customers sit at the centre of everything we build. We learn their category, competitors and goals, then stay alongside them until the work shows up as growth.

About the role

We're hiring an Intern in the Founder's Office to work directly with the founding team across growth, product, research and operations.

You'll run projects end to end: launch campaigns, read user data, speak to customers, test product releases, research competitors and keep day-to-day work moving. Some projects will be planned. Others will come up because something needs fixing that day.

We're an AI-first team. AI is how we research, write, analyse and build, not an add-on. You'll be expected to work the same way: hand the first pass to AI, check it properly, and spend your own time on judgement and the parts that need a human.

You'll learn how the business works by working across it. We're looking for someone who asks good questions, figures things out and takes a task through to completion.

Key responsibilities

  1. AI-first execution

Use AI tools as your default way of working across research, writing, analysis and reporting. Build simple, repeatable workflows the team can reuse, check every output before it goes anywhere, and share what saves time.

  2. Growth and go-to-market

Run outbound and paid experiments end to end: list building, copywriting, campaign execution and performance analysis. Track what works, recommend what to change and stop what doesn't.

  3. User funnel

Track the journey from sign-up to activation and paid conversion. Find where users drop off, investigate why and work with the team to close the gaps.

  4. User communication and channels

Write and send the messages that move users forward: onboarding emails, follow-ups, reminders, community posts and content. Own each piece from first draft to publishing, and measure how users respond.

  5. Cohort and segment analysis

Use tools such as PostHog, Mixpanel or similar to understand how different user groups behave. Spot patterns, explain what they mean and recommend what to do next.

  6. Direct user feedback

Call and message users to understand what is and isn't working. Capture feedback in their own words and bring clear findings back to the founding team.

  7. Product testing and improvement

Test upcoming releases, catch bugs before customers do and document issues the team can act on. Turn user feedback and funnel gaps into specific product ideas.

  8. Competitor and market research

Research competitors and relevant tools. Understand their pricing, strengths and differentiators, and identify where Branly can do better.

  9. Operations and urgent priorities

Take ownership of work across vendors, spreadsheets, hiring pipelines, launches and other operational needs. Keep information organised, follow up with the right people and close open tasks.

  10. Learn the product inside out

Use Branly the way our customers do. Understand how brands show up in AI answers, so your work in growth, research and support is grounded in the product.

Who you are

  • A student or recent graduate who wants hands-on experience building and running a business.
  • You have taken ownership of something and finished it. This could be an internship project, a campus initiative, a side project or something you built yourself.
  • AI-first by habit. You already use tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity every day, you've used them to get real work done, and you know when an answer needs checking.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and numbers. You can spot a pattern, investigate a drop-off and suggest a concrete fix.
  • A clear writer who can put together an email, campaign message or research note that gets to the point.
  • Comfortable calling or messaging users, customers and vendors directly to get feedback or move work forward.
  • Curious about startups, B2B software and marketing. You take an interest in how products find users and turn them into customers.
  • Organised enough to manage several tasks, keep people updated and follow through without repeated reminders.

Bonus points

  • You've built something with AI: an automation, a custom GPT or Claude project, or a workflow that replaced manual work.
  • Hands-on experience with PostHog, Mixpanel, Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • You have run an email campaign, built an online community, created content or tested a paid campaign.
  • Experience testing a product and documenting bugs clearly.
  • You have built a side project, worked at a startup or helped run an online business.

What it's like working with us

  1. Build in one of marketing's most in-demand categories

More brands want to understand how AI talks about them. You'll help build a product that answers that question.

  2. Learn to work the AI-first way

You'll see how a small team uses AI to do the work of a much larger one, and you'll leave with workflows and habits most teams are still figuring out.

  3. High ownership, high visibility

You'll work side by side with the founders. Your work ships fast, and you'll see what it changes.

  4. A seat close to the decisions

You'll see how growth, product and operations connect, and help shape what the team does next.

  5. Learn from founders who've scaled before

You'll work closely with a team that has led and grown operations across industries, and you'll pick up how it's done.

  6. Grow as fast as you learn

As you show what you can handle, you'll take on larger projects and more responsibility.
